Hi, I was using mobile no. 9819974xxx, since more than 18 months. In the month of Oct. 13, i had requested for change of plan customer care executive through mobile customer calling facility. He had confirmed on the same. So when I checked the Nov.13 month bill, the bill amount was same. So i raised this complaint to Vodafone via email. But they didn’t respond & even deleted on 29th Nov the email. I have not read receipt of the same with me. I got calls from Vodafone to pay the bill but when i informed them about my complaint they hung up the phone. Sometimes they mentioned that it’s not their concern & they wanted me to pay the bill. Hence I kept following this through email communications since that day till last week. Every month they were generating the bills with due amount & overdue charges & what not. In the mean time, they even blocked the incoming & outgoings calls for the above mentioned without any prior notification. When I tried to follow they didn’t respond. In the last week they sent me a notice through high court lawyer to pay a specified amount which i have already paid. But in whole process, without any fault i have to suffer a lot. I couldn’t use the service as it was blocked. Even I had mentioned about the same in one of my email. I had mentioned to stop this mental harassment but they kept doing the same thing. I have paid all the prior bills without failure prior to due date. I even mentioned the same to them. I have all the emails which i had sent till date. So they have charged me excess bill, they have failed to provide seamless service & they have given mental torture as well. Please can you do something related to this?

They have charged excess bill & as settlement also they have charged more than the actual bill amount. Also, they blocked my incoming & outgoing calls resulting in inconvenience. Their customer care executives hung up the phones in between conversation. Thus giving mental torture.
