i have made a recharge of Rs 62 for the deduction in my call rates but till now my call rates are not reduced and customer care was not at all responding. the receipt of Rs 62 is attached for your reference.

cannot make call because of higher call rates

want the recharge to get activated with the current date and call Rupee which i have paid higher.
