Sony camera – Unexpected delay in repair service

I gave my Sony camera(DSC-WX7) for repair on 3rd of April’14 to Onus Services against Job no.- J40681384. At the time of submitting the camera the service engineer inspected my camera and said that lens block is broken and it might cost you maximum upto Rs.2800/-. I agreed to it. I was assured that it will be done within 2 days provided the parts are available else it might take 3-4 days.Next day on 4th again I received a call from service center informing about the estimate cost of Rs.2400/- Again I agreed to it, and I was assured that it will be repaired as soon as possible and I’ll receive a call. Two days after this, when i called them they again said that it is not repaired as yet. and as soon as it will be done I’ll receive a call. The problem is it has been about a week and they are not giving any assurance from their end on the time of delivery. Every time I call they say ” You’ll get a call one it is done. On checking the online status of my job no. it states that “Your Sony product has been serviced and collected.” The screen shot is attached for your reference . This is ridiculous as the the service center has not yet repaired it.

I want to get back my repaired camera as soon as possible.
