I had purchased a mobile handset( MI-435) from Ashoka Mobile, G-28-29, Raisar Plaza, Indira Bazar, Jaipur on 03.08.2013 vide bill no. 4266 I got 2GB internal memory while i was promised for 4GB internal memory. I observed some technical errors in conversions, operating internet, Battery , Handset Without BBC etc. and same has been reported to authorized service center on 11.01.2014 but the handset was returned as it was after 6-7 days without solving any of the said problems and again i contacted at service center on 29.01.2014 but till the date i could not get my mobile handset back, despite of various reminders to the service centre. Please look into the matter since already 2.5 months has been passed. The Service Request No.20100247E11498 dated 29.01.2014 at 15:08.
