got a call from +91116509715 on monday from express employment solutions private limited. and one exe. explained about their company’s services which they provide. this company is provides a job and arranged the interview calls that exe. told me. and also told that you had to pay for this 1600/- so i said ok you give me your website i will check. and then i checked it. and ready to pay 1600/- and that exe. was guiding me on call. but in place of 1600/- they charged 16625/- from me. and without given any information about services they were activated most of unnecessary services-by me. i didn’t any idea what they ere doing with me.all the transactions were cleared by sbi debit card. when my account was empty they stopped it. when i knew that. i told them your exe. said 1600/- charge for this service. why were you charged amount of 16625/-. and told them to deactivate my all the activated services and refund my money. first they refused then they told service would be deactivated in few time. and your money would be refunded with in 45 days. but i think they didn;t deactivated my services and don’t want to refund.because i don’t get any confirmation from his side. i also mailed for it. but don’t get any response yet. and according to refund policy of them when costumer is disagree with them services he can deactivate service with in hour. and refund his money in days. i am sending mailed copy.
