the t585-lg mobile was purchased vide t.inv.no. 27405 dt.20/12/2013 with one year warranty. the shop owner refused to take back the defective set. three times it was serviced at authorized service center of lg electronics india pvt ltd. at princep street,kolkata pls. note the brand name above is lg & not mobile store as lg option is not made available on website
full monetary value rs.4800+rs.2000/- for the time involved & harassment
