I had Converted my Tata Docomo Prepaid connection to Postpaid, i had been using this number for past 1 year, i submitted all the required documents, got a confirmation call from their customer care, and i have used this connection for 1 month and paid the bill as well, but all of a sudden on 19th May 2014 they terminated my number saying “Verification failed”, without intimidating me or asking for any documents. I have the bill as proof of having used this connection, i have attached a PDF copy of the bill with this complaint. My tata Docomo Number is : 8793286xxx

I want this number to be reinstated as soon as possible, and the operator should bear the damages caused due to this problem.
