respected sir i have a complaint with my reliance no 8893476xxx.this mob number is under the area in the kollam dist. when electricity will power off then also tower will be off and the area become coverage less.i am not able to make incoming and outgoing calls for long time.this issue is still continuing through 5-6 moths. i am all ready registered a complaint in reliance with the complaint number ID:219945163 (on 05/05/2014 at 04:16:22 pm).but i dont get any positive respond from reliance.i am requesting you to take necessary action for resolve the issue.i also registered a complaint in NCH site with the docket number 900145350xxx on 5may.but i dont get any respond.

i cant make incoming and outgoing calls when electricity become off.
