Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased a window AC from LG in year 2009 ; have opted estended warranty which got renewed last year as well. This season my AC had cooling problem which was reported to LG customer service on 2dn May , 4th May AC was taken to your workshop by engineer . It was told that with in couple of days the AC will retuurned duly repaiered . Since then I have been following with customer service no , service centre & any no given to me during this period ; unfortunately till today no body is confirming the delivery date . Rather I only get onc SMS daily that ” your complaint is under process” ! while contacting customer service it is told that I will be updated in 24 hrs .
I request for an imm repair or a standby AC until mine is repaired .
