Sir/Madam, I have ordered an original Samsung Mobile battery of Model AB553446BU with 1000 mAh on 23-05-2014 by online purchase through website www.snapdeal.com (Snapdeal). The ordered product was delivered on 28-04-2014 at my given address. But in the package I have found a completely dead battery and was not charged by plugging in. On the same date I contacted Snapdeal Customer service number 9212692xxx at 8:44 pm, the customer care representative ensure me that snapdeal will arrange the reverse pick up and the Samsung mobile battery will pick up in next 48 hours. In this context snapdeal sent me a reverse pick up message on my Registered mobile no. 9463333xxx. Snapdeal also sent an email to my registered email id balraj3333@gmail.com with instructions to download the reverse pick up form and take a print copy of it and paste it on the delivery battery packet. But in next 48 hours no reverse pick has been done by snapdeal. On this I have again contacted snap deal dated 30-04-2014 at 4:09 pm and their customer care representative again told me to wait for next 48 hours. Every time when I want to know about the delay for the reverse pick up they console me by saying that we are sorry and we are in contact with the courier agency, the reverse pick up will complete shortly in 48 hours. This 48 hours promise is going on till date but no reverse pick up process has been initiated yet. Now on this type of irresponsible and unreliable dealing by snapdeal I do not want any replacement, I just want my money back.
