I am asking for a refund of failed transaction done on 3rd March through my credit card for which money was debited from my card, but no ticket was generated on Jet Airways web portal.. After repeated reminder for the refund of amount of Rs. 1178 and confirmation made by Jet Airways officials, the money has not refunded till date.
