R/Sir/Madam, I have taken admission in MBA (Full Time Two Year) Delhi School of Professional Studies and Research (DSPSR) 9, Institutional Area, Sector-25, Rohini Phase-III, Delhi – 110 085 under affiliated by Guru Gobind Singh Indra Prastha University Kashmere Gate Delhi 110006. I Selected Through Open Competitive Exam Conducted By G.G.S.I.P UNIVERSITY. I have deposited two banker’s cheque/D.D Number 000244 and 000245 dated 18.06.2007 for Rs. 38,000 + Rs. 20,000 total amount of Rs. 58,000 in favour of registrar, guru gobind singh I.P. university. During counseling I allotted an institute for MBA i.e.. ‘’ Delhi School of Professional Studies and Research 9, Institutional Area, Sector-25, Rohini Phase-III, Delhi – 110 085 ‘’ under affilation by I.P. University. Session started on 01.08.2007, I go to institute on 01.08.2007. Institute teacher told me to submitted the original certificates. I submitted my originals on 02.08.2007at last I went to institute on 06.08.2007 to bring my originals , because I wanted to withdraw my admission. There was no specific reason. But teacher concerned refused to return my original certificates.I. I feel great tension regarding my certificates. Then my father met to director and chairman but they refuse to return the certificates and admission fee. Registrar ,I.P. University ordered to release my certificates to chairman in writing but chairman did not agree. My father again met to registrar Mr. V.K. Jain and told him that chairman refused to return the certificates and fees, registrar told to Dy. Registrar Mr. verma to release my original certificates. Dy. Registrar talk to dean of institute then institute release my certificates, but admission fee did not return to me. I talk Mr. verma Dy. Registrar , GGSIP university to return my fee but he refused and told me that last date of withdrawl of admission has been finished. I requested you to kindly consider my request and help me out. Copies of some documents are enclosed with this application.
