i have purchased one air conditioner of lloyd from snapdeal. i received it.during purchasing the ac it was mentioned that free installation,3 yearly service and 1+ 4 year warranty. when i called to lloyd customer care. they told me that i have purchased online so they will not give any of above services.and i also called many times to snapdeal about my problem but they have not taken any step to resolve it.at the end i called them to cancel my order and take their air conditioner back . but they denied my request. i have also called to main customer care of lloyd delhi .and i ask hiim to give me written mail about their policy. but he refused it . now i fed up with this . i have received ac on 13-05-2014 but still it is packed . so i request you to help me to solve this problem. my snapdeal order no is 2035820239

either give me free installation,3 yearly services and 1+4 yeay warranty of ac (as described on site)or refund my 100 % my money back
