Superia Plus Air Conditioner – AC – Review

I have purchased a AC (Split Superia Plus) on installment from Harmony House Jessor Road Kolkata on 18.04.2014 and it was installed on 20.04.2014. But unfortunately it was stop working from the very next day after that i have contract to toll free no. as well as mailed on the customer care mail ID but till date don’t get any solution please look into the matter.

Due to this i have waste my valuable time to make several call and mail. and The purpose to purchase the costlier thing was to prevent my 2 year old baby from such hot weather but we could not use the same from the next day from the date of purchase. as a result my baby get ill and we have contacted our doctor last day. She was also told the baby is effected due to high temperature of the weather.

I demand the company to replace the machine so that we can use the same without problem or refund the money and take back the machine.
