I have deposited 50000 to institute for distance learning MSW and PGDCA in Aug 2013. I take follow up from institute to get registration number but not get revert up to 2 month. Later on institute call me and ask to collect my MSW and PGDCA mark sheet, Sir I had not presented in any exam so how I get mark sheet. When I asked same thing to institute then they not provide me answer and now they not return my money.

I demand return of fee. Due to the mental harassment I have underwent, I want the officers to be punishmed because of fraud.
