Refund of Payment from Airtel Digital TV

I bought a new connection with Airtel Digital South Mega pack of RS 1,650/- on 17 May 2014. While Making payment from my bank account 2 times money is deducted. from that day I am requesting with this company customer care daily 2 times but their is no response from that company.

From past 1 week daily 2 times i am calling from my mobile and land line. daily I have to explain mine problem to every executive. they will take minimum half an hour to give details but no body is responding properly. mentally I become a mad. I unable to concentrate my work. total for telephone call I Spent 300 Rs on STD calls Only.

I need double of My payment. and i am requesting to don’t do this to next customer and this system should be change. customer should not wait for service company should wait, Airtel Co is a big company in India, because of that this company is not caring about 1 or 2 customer. please solve this problem asap
