I would like to request you to give solution for my query. I would like to get passport for my 1.5 year old son, But I am single parent and legally not divorced. I have passport which i got prior to my marriage, and I donot have spouse name on my passport, because I do not have marriage certificate. (Legally not registered) I am separated from March 2012. (My husband did not take any care physically & financially for both son and myself, even he did not visit my son) ) As per Govt.website advise and customer care executive advise I got Annexure -C which is too much expensive. But still Passport officer is not accepting my application. I have birth certificate, Mother passport and ration card , voter Id and bank statements etc., and also Annexure ‘C’

Due to the rejection of this application,. I got mental pressure and stress.. I have taken expenses which is very big burden for my situation. I took too many leaves to visit passport office, lawyer office and passport private consultants, etc due to this I got Loss of pay, and my appraisal also down. I lost my abroad job opportunity.

I would like to get passport for my son , Coming june he is completing 24 months. I would like to give good future and good education for my kid.
