WhirlPool Air Conditioner – Review

I bought a Whirlpool Magicool III 1.5 ton Split A/C(S.R. No: INM130502324, ODU Code: A4235) on 7th April’2014. The A/C found out to be a defective one with both Indoor and Outdoor unit. Hence a complain is been launched. A whirlpool engineer came for observation and recommended for a replacement (Service Request No: KL04140012816) on 18th April’2014. On 29th April’2014 I inquired regarding the replacement since I didn’t get any updates till. The paper was not processed and local office transferred the call to Area Sales Manager Mr. Chetram Soni. From that time onward I am getting overly harassed. The day when he first pick my call, he himself gave me some excuses of paper not being processed and assured that very next day it will be processed as well delivery will happen within 2-3 days. Moreover he himself added he will keep me updated over calls. I called him on 2nd May’2014. He received the call after my multiple attempts. I asked him about the updates. He told it is with the dispatch department and when I asked that why didn’t he inform about the delay , he told me he cannot call individual customer about their replacement. I asked when the A/C will be delivered, he answered again within 2-3 days. I started calling from 6th May’2014 but no one picked the phone. I got hold of him on 7th May’2014. He answered me he doesn’t hold any responsibility with annoyed behavior and asking me to escalate against him to ‘Rinku’, the branch head with a number 03366091811. I tried this number many a times but no one picked. In between I called your customer care multiple times and yet an action to be taken.

I want the concern to return INR 100000 inclusive the Price of the A/C which I bought INR 30,000 which is blocked to the company for 2 months as well remaining as the harassment charges to the customer for two months.
