Order Number OD40425072274. The order was placed on 25th April 2014. I received the order and it was a filthy product ( book with black marks on the front page and the cover page worn out ). I asked for a replacement and no one came out to pick it up even after the delivery date of the replacement. I contacted the customer care service for 3 days in a row. Every day they will give some vague promise of solving the issue. Posted it on fb earlier and then the issue got escalated . An executive (Pallavi ) called me 3-4 times that day trying to express her fake apologies. She told that the money will be put in the flipkart wallet and the product will be returned. The delivery guy came and took the book back. I got the money in the wallet. I told her if the product is available within a week then kindly replace it. She agreed to it. I checked the wallet today and saw that the money has been removed. I call the customer guy and ask him where the money went. He says the money has been removed due to a replacement order in progress. I asked him on the order details of the replacement . He had no clue on that. So without any order details how dare flipkart.com take the money out of my account and not give any explanation on it
