Tikona – Denied To Provide The Services

I took data services from Tikona in April, 2014 for which i paid Rs. 3000/- at the time of installation (3 months rental and other charges) but i could use the services just for 24 days as i had to move to another flat in the same location. i called tikona to shift the services to my new flat they said that they cant provide the services in my new flat and i need to get the connection discontinued. as they denied to provide the services, i placed the request for the disconnection and refund right at that moment but no one called me back for disconnection and refund for next one week, on the contrary i had to make number of calls and i wrote mails for this. they took more than 2 weeks for giving me a proper response. after that they called me and said that i will get just Rs. 994/- as refund, as they will charge two months rental and other charges. i denied to take that amount. now i am writing to you with the hope of help. please let what all do i need to do and how much will i have to pay.
