On 5th may 2014, a female representative of tatasky called on my landline no 0571 2700xxx and my wife attended the call. she told my wife about active game activation, but my wife refused her, not activate this. even then she activated and Rs. 1 per day is deducted from my a/c. i contacted tatasky on 8th may, 23rd may ,24th may,25th may and 26th may and asked to deactivate it and refund my amount deducted so far. on 23/5/14 they booked a complaint and told me whiting 24 hour it will be de activated. i contacted again on 24/5/14, again they told me that it will be deactivated to 25/5/14,and again on 25/5/14 they told me a call will come at your phone then it will be deactivated. on 26/5/14 srivardhan called me with phone no 02066819600 and telling me that active game is locked for 180 days, it will be deactivated after 1ist nov-2914. complaint no :1-76218946 dt:23/05/14, 1-29257608403 dated: 26-05-14

i want active game must be de activated and amount deducted since 5-5-14 must be refunded in tatasky amount
