I had a Very bad experience with genie cabs on June 30th 2014. Requested cab at 7:30 pm which arrives at 9:00 pm after repeated calls. I have called for the cab at 1:30 pm. 6 hours head start planning was also not sufficient. And I get a call last minute telling cabs are not available in that area.
