I want to convert my (Aparna Gupta) Vodafone mobile No – 976925xxx from postpaid to prepaid, i am unable to visit store personally due to health issue so I have asked them 1. Is it ok if on my behalf my husband visit you Vodafone store with all the required documents to change my current number to prepaid but they did not replay 2. So i have send many mail but still did not get any replay 3. then i have asked them to close connection for always still no reply. Just for your information, earlier there was billing issue as they have charged 15.50 rs for SMS but later they accepted and confirm we have charged wrongly and would adjust in next billing. now i do not have any problem related to billing but i want to change my connection to prepaid but no response from their side after sending so many mails.
I want to either convert my connection to prepaid or close connection for always. As i already said i am unable to visit their store so due to this i have asked to visit my husband on my behalf with all necessary document.
