I have been a Hathway Broadband Home User for 5+ years. In December 2013 I took their 48GB/12 months (+1 month free)/2mbps speed plan. On April 28, 2014 I received an emailer stating 80% of my 48GB have been utilised. Upon escalation, I received a call from Mr. Pankaj (+91226640xxx) and according to him 39GB have been used. I know my usage for the past so many years and neither do I download much from home. Even if my 3 year old daughter watches her cartoon on the youtube, I should have not utilised more than 20GB
I simply want Hathway Broadband to address my issue correctly, timely and tell me my correct usage and also advice on a way to check usage on a daily basis. I have shared a good professional relationship with them when I took their services for my office in 2006 and since then also a home user. But I guess they believe in making money.
