Hi, I am vignesh, I opted for Vodafone postpaid from airtel through MNP. Vodafone had charged Rs.99 for shot format download which I never used. I contacted Vodafone customer care through live chat. I was asked to send a mail to a Vodafone id. I did and after 3 days I got a reply saying that Vodafone has not charged for anything that I didn’t use. I contacted 198 and asked for the details, they said their technical officers will call back. No one is giving proper response !

Unwanted Charges on Vodafone Pre-Paid Mobile
Recently Vodafone has charged Rs 30 in my Vodafone bill for downloading MOBILART_ VALUEPACK-30.and Rs 49 for dwap_wal_0049 _ppu_fut00130. But I have never downloaded such value pack from from their site or any other site. I strongly protest against such forceful charges by the company. I demand that Vodafone must remove such charges from my bill. Please STOP such illegal charges without consent of consumer. My Vodafone no 9414406898. I want to get back the balance.
