Complaint on Make india journey travel I ramu rayagiri r/o of Hyderabad booked customized package of Delhi-Shimla-Manali-Delhi for my brother for their honey moon. The services at manali hotel Silver moon is worst such as flower decoration, food, hotel candle light dinner is worst as it was arranged on centre table with two candles, the above services are inclusive of package offered by the travel agent, The biggest worst is travel agent make India journey as they don’t care about customer. The fact is that while my brother & his spouse are travelling in cab provided by travel agent met with an accident on 22.06.2014 at Mandi on the way to Delhi at 08.30 am. The travel agent should arrange the alternative, but he tried to convince the couple & said that the car will be repaired within one to two hours, but it has partly repaired at 06.00 pm, however,he never tried to arrange the replacement or repaired the same fully. Moreover, he instructed driver to drive the same vehicle with single head light throughout the night to Delhi, which was very risk on hill area. I have again appraised him to change the vehicle, but he never bothered. Again the vehicle has broken down on hilly area about 60 km before Chandigarh city at Mid night 1.00 clock. I have again pleaded him to do the needful over telephone, he said he talking to tata call centre for help. After one hour, when i started calling them ie travel agent make india journey, they never responded till morning. The couple stayed overnight in the hilly area alone with agony & tension. The couple realized that the travel agent would never help at that situation and started stopping every vehicle passing through them in the mid night. Finally, they got in to private Volvo bus at 0330 am going toward Delhi. This was response given to lady customers by make India journey travel company. I have uploaded the facts in the Facebook so that no one will victimized like my brother family. After viewing the review on Facebook, Mr Pulakit Kurana, Manager-Tours, Make India Journey have called over mobile at 2.30 pm on 23.06.2014 & threatened me that he will post my brother’s honey moon tour video’s in social websites. It shows their irresponsible attitude towards the customers. Note: it shows that Travel Agent along with Hotel Management indulging in taking video /photos of private life of new married couples who comes for honeymoon.
Punish the company so that no one will be victimized like this. -impose huge monetary punishment.
