I had purchased a Philips headphone online from the website snapdeal.com on 20th Feb,2014 . Unfortunately the earphones stopped working after some time , as the warranty period was of six months I took it to the local Philips center on 28th April,2014. Here I was the told by the staff that they would be replacing the earphones and giving me a new earphone and told me to contact them after 15 days and they took deposit of the faulty earphone. When I contacted later they told to wait another fifteen days and kept extending the date by five days eventually. Now it is going to be almost 2 months since I lodged the complaint and still they haven’t replaced as promised.
I want my earphones to be replaced as soon as possible.
