i have dongal number 9930337xxx of vodafone,i called their call centre on 6 Jun 14 to change my plan to unlimited 650. i was on 450 2gb plan. i was told i will be charged on prorate basis. till i got my bill it shows 2157, where as the bill should not exceed something 800-900. they put me on booster plan which is not right. i complained to them they said they will call within 48 hrs but no call received yet. every month i face a problem with them. kindly help

i want relief that they send me the revised correct bill. of last month and also this month when the bill is been generated i will not pay the excess. because as per June 6 i changed my plan and it was not changed until June 23. so i am asked to pay extra which i will not.
