100 Bestbuy – Delivered cheap quality of some local brand shirts

In November 2013 I received e-mail from 100 Bestbuy offring me a Pack of 5 Shirts of ‘Koutons’ Brand for Rs. 999/-, I made the payment to 100bestbuy and ordered Size 39 of Koutons brand .4 days later i was delivered 5 shirts of very cheap quality of some local brand , when I complaint to 100best buy through E-mail , they offered to replace the faulty product and asked me to return the same, I sent back the faulty product through courier , and after long follow up received another packet, this time too they sent cheap quality torn shirts , I again complained through mail and they again offered to replace but 3rd time also they sent cheap torn shirts , when I again complained they again offered to replace and asked me to return the shirts , Which I sent back 3rd time, after that neither they gave me shirts nor returned my money , not even responding to my mails

I have sufferred lot of mental agony and trauma because of the feeling that I have been cheated , since November 2013, I have been wasting time in following up , almost 7 months have passed since then in addition to direct monetory loss. I want compensation for that that should be at least rs. 5000/- apart from the cost of 1972 incurred on apyment and courier charges
