Airtel Mobile SIM Not Activated After Transfer – Review

Can I please get any updates against my request/complaint? Please let me know if proof documents or any kind of email was really sent to Maharashtra Nodal or any back office (Pune). Both 121 and 198 are unable to track this kind of process updates. Very strange! Why my service request wasn’t entered immediately after recieving documents? I could have tracked in using Airtel’s website and it wasn’t require to send 5 mails at first place.

Airtel customer service representatives from both Chennai and Maharashtra are saying that you need to contact Nodal officer and/or representatives only since you’ve submitted documents there and they cannot help at all. I’m new in Chennai and live 50 KMs away from Nodal office.

I’ve been already suffering a lot due not having services activate to my mobile no. 9860887540. It’s costing me a lot on both communication and economical terms each day. Please process my request urgently! Also let me know if I need to visit Nodal office on more time.

By the way, I’m equally amazed about lack of coordination and direct communication between customer services (call center) and Nodal office. Why collected documents can’t be transferred electronically between two nodal or back offices immediately after verification?

Also, let me know any other options or steps to go through for getting service restored to my phone no. as soon as possible. Even though I’m frustrated due to lack of responsiveness and coordination, I’m ready to cooperate fully. All I want is services back and smooth.
