I have an Airtel 4G Router (Model ZTE MF29) since an year. It was working fine and since Feb 2014, it started to disconnect the network frequently. I have logged a complaint with Airtel on 14th March 2014 and till date it has been 4 months and the problem is still not solved. I have been repeatedly calling Airtel and the customer care continues to give only timelines .. like 48 hours, 24 hrs , 2 days but never solved. There is not a single engineer who visited my residence to look at the problem. i recently have been calling “everyday” evening and i mentioned that i need my 4 months bill amount back and i will also need the 5000/- I Paid for the router. Despite this they have not paid any attention. No follow-up calls. i have to call and find out the status and all they say is we will do it in 24 hours and this continues for 2 weeks. i even said they need to refund me double the amount of the bill and i will file a consumer complaint. They simply don’t seem to have any responsibility or concern. I just got a call that in 24 hrs they will solve and its been two days no one attended the problem
