Dear sir; I have logged a complain regarding my ATM cash not Came out from the machine but amount is deducted from my account. My PNB account no. 0262001300004381. On dated 4th june2014 thru ATM of SBI Moradabad road kashipur 1000/- and 5000/- rupees are deducted from my account but cash had not came out from ATM. I have logged the complained to customer care no. and rupees 1000/- are revert back in my account but rupees 5000/- is not reverted. Again I talk to customer care but they told that this complained is rejected and advised to contact at Branch of my PNB BANK. I visited to the branch and contact to Mr. Pooniya (Punjab National Bank Mata Mandir Road Kashipur) but he told that branch can not do anything in such type of complained. Complained no is A00037400 .on dated 05.06.20134 then again forward this said complained no is A000539870 on dated 18.06.2014 sir; i again request you to help me and provide me my deducted amount of rupees 5000/-. I have also contacted to SBI branch of concerned ATM but they told that they have not found access cash in their ATM machine. So please do needful.
