I got my connection on 14th July,2014 and my service id is 1110656964(user-id).Since that day i am facing network issue a lot didnt get any resolution till date.I have called many times to tikona customer care but they have a same reply that it will be solved in 24 hrs.Their engineers also visited to us but didnot provide any solution.
We have faced too many problems like: 1. Unable to book tickets. 2.Being a student not able study properly. 3.Not able search for job. 4.Many other work related to internet.

I want proper working connection and reimbursement for the inconvenience cost.
