I have 2 post paid Airtel mobile connections. I live in Hauz Khas ND 110016. I do not receive signals in my Ground Floor house. I am a senior citizen, have to step out to my terrace to make or receive calls. Airtel has not responded to my calls , mails, complaints. Occasionally they open a docket and then close the complaint unilaterally without rectifying the fault. Several of my neighbors are facing the same problem. But the complaints fall on ‘deaf ears’. THEY MUST BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THIS GROSSLY DEFICIENT SERVICE. GOVT. SAVES AIRTEL , and GOD MAY SAVE US FROM THIS PAIN.

I live at Adityapur-2, Near RIT Police Station, and there I have very Poor Airtel network for 3G and when ever I switch to 2G The coverage is good. Please help in Getting Good 3G Services.
