I have Vodafone no 9811252xxx for couple of years. On 31st may 2014, i online chat with vodafone representative thru their website vodafone.in regarding a recharge of Rs 201 which is a roaming recharge in which i get all incoming free while roaming & outgoing at 90 paise per min on roaming for 180 days. Then i asked him, if i can also reduce my local call rates, he said yes with Rs 54 recharge your local call rates will be 45 paise per min. Then i confirmed him, will both of them work together. He clearly said when you are in roaming your roaming voucher will work & when you are in home circle, your local call rate cutter will work. Following his advice, i made a recharge of rs 201 online. When i was doing 54 recharge, i was getting a error message. I tried to get recharge from retailer also, but that also dint helped. So i approached vodafone care at 198, they said you cannot make a recharge one over another. In this case only one recharge will work either 201 or 54, so you recharged with 201, so 54 wont work. Then i went to vodafone store sec 15 faridabad regarding the same for complaint. They dint took my complaint & said talk to vodafone care only for this, we cannot help. I send a mail to vodafone care, nodal officer & appelate authority for this. For the first 15 days no one replied, but i was sending emails daily so ultimately they replied saying thanks for sharing your feedback, we will make sure that its not repeated in future. Again after that i am regulary sending emails to them & calling them but no reply on email & onn phone they says we have clearly mentioned in our email that we have taken your feedback & another recharge cannot be done. I again visited the vodafone store one week back, they says, when nodal is not doing anything who we are to help you.

I want to get my money back which i have lost due to excess charging i.e. diff of 45 paise for the past 2 and half months & for another 4 months my call rates should be 45 paise per minute & not 90 paise per minute
