Videocon AC – Facing cooling issue No Customer Care

I am facing issue in getting the service from Videocon AC service center in spite of having the product in the warranty period. Please find below the detail wise description:– 1) I purchased Videocon Split AC Videocon 1.5 Ton 3 Star online form Snapdeal.com on 11-feb-2014. 2) I started facing cooling issue in the month of July and registered the complaint in Videocon Service Centre. 3) I got a call from Kolkata Videocon Service center on the next day and a guy visited to my place to see the issue. 4)After investigation he found that there is a gas leakage and gas need to be filled in the ac and another guy will visit the next day to do the same and he asked for the invoice and i have handed over the invoice to him. 5)Next day no one from the service center visited to my place. I have called on the same number from which i got the call and i told him no one has visited to my place yet. He has given me the new number and asked me to call on that number. 6)I called on the number given by him and i told him no has visited to my place yet. He told since the product is purchased from Snapdeal we will be not going to provide any kind of service in spite of having the product is in warranty. He also told me that Snapdeal is not the authorized seller to sell Videocon product.I also told him that i will be going to raise public grievances in consumer forum if i am not getting the service form your end.Finally he told me whatever you want to do you can do but we will not provide any service to you. 7) After that i called up Snapdeal and they have sent me the invoice of the dealer without snapdeal name mentioned on the invoice. 8)I again raised the complaint in service center and i got call from the service center next day and i finally got the service after showing the new invoice without the name of snapdeal mentioned on the invoice. 9)After few days again i was facing the same cooling issue in my AC. Again i raised a complaint in service center. 10)A guy again visited to my place and i have given the invoice to him and he told me that again there is gas problem in my ac so a guy will visit in your place tomorrow. 11) I called up next day and they told the same thing that i will be not getting the service since you have shown as two different invoices for the same product and you have purchased it form snapdeal.com. I am from middle class family and i have purchased this AC for my father on EMI and still EMI is going on. He is a heart patient and doctor advised him to be on AC as much as possible. But i am not making nay use of this AC because it’s not working at all. Thanks in advance for your immediate action.

I need either service from videocon or replacement of my product.
