My landline telephone provided by BSNL is not working for atleast 3 months. This problem gets repeated every 6 months during which phone doesnt work for 2-3months. Although I have complained repeatedly (attached file of complaint given below) they have simply turned a deaf ear to that. Not only that without solving the problem they close the problem in their online portal everytime. Although my broadband is working fine but I am not able to make or recieve a single call in the past months. I have also called BSNl & they replied we will see.But its almost 3months. Last year Oct-Nov same problem & now from May end-present. The bill is in the name of my father (PRADYOT NARAYAN BANERJEE)

Telephone bill comes at the end of every month demanding the same amount of money as they demand when phone works which amounts to around INR 1100/-. From May to Aug we are paying that amount of money although we are not getting any service Calls made or calls received in the 3 months- NIL Bill- INR 1100 *3months Last year Oct also same thing.
