Carzonrent – Booking Cancelled – No Refund

I booked (booking no. 5569948 ) a cab online for 3 days on 26th Aug’14 for my holiday plans starting from 28th August.I made the full payment (Rs 11019) and very surprisingly the booking was cancelled by Carzonrent team (due to unavailability of cabs) over phone on 27th night with a commitment that the entire charge will be reversed within 3 days to my card account. Having trust with the team I waited patiently for the refund and surprisingly it was never done.

When I received my card statement by end of September’14 I started following up with the team. I wrote 5 emails and never received any feedback. Till date I have called the team at least 4 times with a standard reply the refund will be done in next 3 days, where as the same has never happened.Also every time they promised to revert to me via email and the same is also not done. I am seeking your help now to get my money back from the team and also spread the awareness among others so that they are noy again harassed by this team like myself. Thanks
