Why is Aircel Deducting Balance in PrePaid Account ?

Sir am Abdur Rahman am using this aircel no 9094979xxx and am working sir I have recharged 3g internet on my mobile when ever I go searching songs on internet the service provider keep on detecting my balance per month they detect sum of 100 to 300 every week when ever I ask doubt and make complaints they keep on saying that I clicked this and that I swear to god I didn’t click anything they say that I used this and that but service provider sends me a msg that to complete this subscription click this link below if the subscription is not completed how can they detected my money and when ever I ask or complaint them about my money detected they put me on hold list for four to five days if I call the customer care recorded voice says all our executive are busy right now please call again later and hung up am frustrated sir by their act I earn monthly ten thousand sir I should see all expenses home needs bike due petrol etc am very much frustrated sir please sir you are my last hope sir I want justice please help me

They are detecting my balance and not responding properly and hangs up phone when am complaining
