In the month of may, I contacted ace info careers,jayanagar Banglore to get an online training in SAP HCM Australian Payroll online training. I am currently residing in Melbourne,Australia.They promised to give me a training and arranged a demo class ,after which I said I would like to pursue the training. They were charging me Rs.16000/- for the training which I was ready to pay in 2 installments. I paid the first Installment of Rs.8000/- and after that the classes started which went on for say 4,5 days.In the few classes that I had the trainer just taught me some general things and used rest of the time to setup the system everyday. And then everyday I would get a mail saying class cancelled,trainer is not well,trainer is in office etc etc. and finally I did not receive any training on the subject that I had asked for.After that I continuously followed up with them to get me a different trainer which they said they will but they did not get any other trainer.After following up with them,which was very difficult,as they would not pick up my calls and neither would they reply to my mails. I am currently living in Australia so my phone number starts with a different code,they would see that and not respond. I would have to use different numbers to call them as they would not take my call from my number.

They promised to provide me a refund of Rs.8000/- which they have not till date. You can imagine it all started in May and its already the end of September and I have no training whatsoever and I have been charged Rs.8000/- for it
