i want to what action has been taken by the so called investigation of postal department?it has past 4months i have received no reply regarding huge fraud/defalcation of money.why postal department is trying to save their corrupt employees and why postal department delaying to give back hard earned money of customers?read the attachment i have sent to concerned authorities but got no reply
