Tata Docomo – Delay in Closing Connection

I was using a tata docomo wi-fi connection, account no. was 980359436. I requested to close the connection in Dec-2012, in turn i was asked to make full & final payment of Rs. 757. I made the payment and sent the payment receipt to the concerned person and received an acknowledgement also. However, they did not close the connection for reasons i don’t know. Afterwards, they keep calling every 2-3 month to make further payment since they did not close the connection on timely and bill got generated for subsequent month, which as per them is some Rs. 2100. Also, they keep threatening that your case is going to be in LEGAL, what does that mean they better know.

Strict action against call centers who without having any information on matter, just keep threatening people of possible legal action.
