I have ported my Loop number to Reliance GSM Postpaid Connection (96640076xxx). (Reliance Telecom) 7 months ago, I submitted all the required documents with clear copies & Photographs. My name on all the documents is ” Rohit R Bhanushali” & shall be used same anywhere required. but i receive calls from Reliance CSE saying my name incorrectly i.e Rihit or sometimes Rahit or anything else. Even after complaining to them back to back to change or correct my name, they failed. 3 Months ago i resubmitted my documents to get that corrected but still this people have same name in the records. Every month i complaint & argue on this matter & the CSE replies with helpless reasons & telling me to resubmit the documents. I feel, they shall correct the same or may be i shall file a complaint of “defamation”. Please look into the complaint & help me for the same.

I want my name to get corrected in the records as per my documents, without wasting my time to go to Gallery or Web stores.
