Hello Sir, I bought new SAMSUNG GALAXY S7582 WHITE model from Umiya Mobile pvt. Ltd., Rajkot at 09/08/2014.My phone’s IMEI number is 352996067278872.I have battery back problem from the first day of it. My phone’s battery backup is only 6-7 hours without use internet and any app. So I give my mobile at NISHI TELECOME SERVICE STATION, RAJKOT for repair purpose at 20/09/1014 and it’s bill no. Is 4181654356.They say that you have motherboard and speaker problem and it take 15-20 days for repair. So I get back my phone at 30/9/2014 and they say that your problem is solved and we replace your motherboard. After using 1 week I found same problem and I again sent my mobile at SHREE VALLABH SERVICES, RAJKOT (Service Center No. : 0003456886) at 08/10/2014 and it’s bill no. Is 4182665706. Now I think it is very worst and terrible situation for me. I just buy new phone only 2 months ago and in 2 months time I go to 2 times in service station and I my problem is not solved till. And in services station no one can give proper answer and they attitude is very rude. I am not satisfied with your services and I want you replace my whole mobile.
