My name is Saurav Chadha I purchased my New Gionee 5.5 with insurance from Purple mobile care on 25/7/2014 but after 10 days my phone as broken so I submitted my phone on 8-8-2014 Since then I am not getting any update on my phone. Initially they ask for cash to get it repaired here they have clearly mentioned that it will be cash less service and now they are saying that I have to pay for body. Now when I call them for my phone I am not getting any answer I call on their customer care number for first 15 or 20 days they said its with Gionee we don’t have any idea after saying I want my phone back they gave me there supervisor number “9560859xxx” Mr. Nadeem Khan he talked to me twice and gave fake commitments but after that when he is not able to fulfill His commitments he never answer my calls when I dint get any reply from him I called Mr. Abbas “9810786xxx” I talked to me three times again gave all the fake commitments with no result he is notable to fulfill his commitments he also stop taking calls or replying the msgs . Now when I am calling their customer care they are saying we don’t have any idea about your phone. Three weeks back they said my phone is repaired but due to office shifting they were not able to deliver my phone but still I am not getting my phone. When I said I will take this to the consumer court they simply said we will take care of it. I am calling them regularly in last 2 months I have called the more that 1000 time but without any result. Lastly they provided me the number saying that it’s a number for company director:: 9212786xxx and same I called him he replied first day saying you will get the phone day after tomorrow when I called him next day he dint pick up the phone and on third day he picked up my call on 5th time then also he was not sure about the phone and aid he will check and let me know in 2 hrs but again fake commitment and there was no call back.
I need the composition of 50,000 for the problems I faced due to them.
