Hi, on October 7th 2014, morning I sent a message to premium number 5252525 , it’s a premium no. for this rupees 3 was deducted from my main balance and I got a message from BT-BSNLCG as below – Your request for premium text service KBC is billed with Rs 3 successfully and your service will be delivered shortly. ” But till evening 19:30 it was not delivered. Evening 19:30 was the last time to get deliver this sms. This a single message could have make me lakhpati through the premim show KBC. I lodge a complain to pgportal complain no DOTEL/E/2014/33864 for which I din’t find any appropriate action taken. Before lodging pgportal complain I spoke to BSNL customer care person for the same. They didn’t lodge a complain and moreover they made me to be on hold for approx more than one hour. I requested them to connect my call to senior as the care person which was on other side had no idea about premium messages as well as BT-BSNLCG. Initially he told me to call me back later as other seniors were busy. I requested him to take a complain for the same but he told he can’t take a complain for this. I requested him to arrange a call back from his seniors making it priority, but he was not ready for that too. Later he told me to wait for few minutes and made me to wait for an hour. Finally one female care came and she did hello. hello.. and kept the phone side without replying for my word.
As already mentioned that because of mistake of BSNL I lost the chance of getting 1 lakh and the cost of time spent behind this can’t be imagine at all.
