Stand broken junction: I spoke to customer care on 16th jun 2014,Repairmen visited & took fees 899.00 saying broken part will be replaced soon.I have been chasing them since then….all of my attempts failed any response.response. Ive also approached 2 online pvt forums – AKOSHA & HAPTIC. Even their attempts bore no resolve till date…..v v angry as this is how these companies treat a common man.

My Tv has no stand – unusable state…mental agony for the helplessness…..tv cost 22000.00+899=22899.00
