Sir I am trying to book one room in Hotel Sandalwood, GOA. I have booked it Expedia.Co.In website. The confirmation no. is 13086876229. But subsequently I have cancelled the room. As per the hotel policy there is no cancellation charges if you go for cancellation before 48 hours of schedule date. As my booking is for 27th Oct to 31st Oct. And I have cancelled the room well before 48 hours of 27th Oct. So Sir, I just wanted to compliant against Expedia.Co.in website which have wrongly charged me Rs. 4748.47 as cancellation charges although there is no charges from hotel side. I request you to intervene and tell Expedia Travel website to refund my cancellation charges amount.

I want my cancellation charges to be refunded back to me of Rs. 4748.47
