I was trying to book a international flight ticket on October 7 with my credit card for rs.43,271. But the ticket was not booked, i saw error message on MakeMyTrip website. When i went to nungabakkam office and spoke Mr.Pradeep they couldn’t help me refunding my money. He informed it will be refunded by 3 days. But today(Oct 10) being the third day i don’t see my money debited. I checked with my bank(Citi Bank) they confirmed it is the MakeMyTrip need to cancel the transaction.

I lost my money on the credit card which i had for booking the international flight, now i need to wait till my money gets refunded (which i’m not sure when it will happen) post this only i can book my ticket by then ticket fare will be high.
