I Am IFB Customer from Last 17 year… I Used IFB Washing Machine 15 Year Then After I Brought New Washing Machine on 5th October 2012 of Rs.28,500 from vijay sales opera house branch, Mumbai Machine Was Perfect…. But From Last Few Months…. Sometime Machine Used To Jump While On Rinse or Spine Mode But It Become Daily From Last Month… During That Time Once I Called About That Problem On 19th August.. That Time 2 Mechanic Came And Said There Screw Is Lose So They Fit It And Went… Machine Work Proper Till Week Then Same Problem Started Then On 15th September One Mechanic Name Was “Azmal” Came For Free Service Which Was Given By Company… We Told The Problem…. He Open Machine and Said “Motor Problem” And “Dumping” Problem But He Left Machine as It Is 2nd Day-16th September When I started Machine. It Was Dead Machine… There We Can Heard Motor Sound But Machine Was Not Working At All Then I Called And Complain Again… My Complain Number 13804116 Mechanic Name Ajay Came And Checked Again He Said Same Problem “Dumping Part” And Saw That Previous Day Azmal Mechanic Didn’t Connect Motor To Drum With Ring… After Connecting With Ring, Machine Get Started But My Basic Problem Of Jumping Machine While Spine And Rinse Was As It Is. He Don’t Have Part So He Said One Day Need. We Gave On 3rd Day- 17th September Mechanic Name Rakesh Came He Saw And Said. There Should Be No Problem in Dumping Part Within 2 Year So He Open My All Machine Part And Said In This Machine There Is No Dumping Problem In Machine He Just Fit Some Part And Went. My Complain Number 13804116 Get Closed And 18th September. Again Machine Was Jumping More Forcefully Then It Was Jumping I Once Again Called and Complain, Complain Number 13821806 Then Once Again Same Mechanic Ajay Came And Change Part Of Dumping. For Changing Part He Once Again Open all Machine part. All Panel and Drum, Ring, Door and All And After Fixing He Went Out… Didn’t Check Machine. Same Day I Started Machine, And I Saw Ajay Broke Me Lower Panel of Machine (Attached Picture) At Same Evening I Called Ajay Mechanic On Number 9892679263 He Said Ge Will Come Next Day And Fix It. I Wait For 2 Days He Didn’t Came… And After That Once Again I Called At IFB Call Center They Told Me That Senior Execute Will Come… But No One Came For 2-3 Days Then Once Again I Called At Call Cent-re They Gave Me Number Of In charge of Service Center “Mr.Zen -8080350xxx/ 8080250xxx” And Owner Of Service Center ” Mr. Malik 932043xxxx” I Personally Called Mr. Zen But He Was On Leave That Day So I Called Mr. Malik And Told Every Thing… From Last To End There Were 6 Mechanic Came And At The End Result… My Machine Was Much More Jumping And There Is One More Voice Start “Tic Tic Tic” He Personally Took Responsibility…

I need cash back of money which I have spent in buying this machine i.e. 28, 500 Bill is attached below And take this washing machine. I don’t want this machine or any IFB washing machine I need penalty of Rs. 50000 for what I have taken mentally stress for the machine
